Hey!
I’m Irene

I came online to share what I’ve learned and experienced over the years. I’m here to show that it’s absolutely possible to balance the deep sensitivity of spiritual gifts with everyday life—without having to give up on either one.

Spoiler: you will need a few boundaries… but trust me, it’s worth it.

My story

Spirituality is my Passion

Since I was a child, I’ve had extraordinary experiences and sensed my spiritual gifts. To understand them, I had to search, study, and build my own inner compass—a way to embrace and strengthen them without denying them, and without getting swept away by the “normal” world I lived, worked, and grew up in.

It’s a delicate balance… but totally possible! Many people around me have chosen one path or the other. I’ve always preferred to keep one foot in both worlds—the material and the spiritual (and yes, I’m a bit of a nerd, too).

Where My Positive Energy Goes

I practice meditation, visualization, and mindfulness.
I walk through forests and along the shore to stay connected to nature.
I read books and articles on Dowsing and the Akashic Records.
I manage various digital projects and write—whenever and wherever I can.
I keep diving into Lucid Dreaming and Thanatology.
And I’m learning to make more space for rest and self-care— you can’t pour tea from an empty cup.

an interconnected World is an Opportunity

Today, all it takes is an internet connection and a smartphone to meet, share insights, and realize we’re not alone. That we’re not “the weird ones.” That we can finally give ourselves permission to exist in our uniqueness and embrace our gifts.

The Story of

my JOURNEY

2005 – 2014

Academic Background and Shamanic Paths

I graduated from U. Dini Scientific High School, earned a degree in Sociology from the University of Trento, and completed a Master’s in Communication and Psychosomatics at UniPsi.
Then came the first deeper studies: I spent two years following a shamanic path and practiced the Sukyo Mahikari spiritual discipline for a while.
Along the way, meditation became a daily practice, and Jung’s concept of the “shadow” struck a deep chord with me.
It was also the time when lucid dreaming began—joining other sensitivities I’ve always carried with me.

2014 – 2024

Martial Arts, Ancient Chinese Medicine, Reiki, Mindfulness

After over ten years, I return to the Kwoon to practice Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, and Katana. I embark on a three-year journey in Ancient Chinese Medicine (F.E.M.A.) at the Fondazione Campus Studi del Mediterraneo. I earn my certification in Tui Na and Anmo, techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine massage.
I continue with Reiki Level 2 and deepen my studies in Mindfulness, Alternative Therapies, Yoga Nidra (lucid/active dreaming), and various divination methods.
In the meantime, I live abroad for several years—a journey both inside and out—that continues to nourish my path and vision.

2024 – 2025

Sabbatical Year: Let’s Bring Those Projects to Life!

I’ve traveled—a lot—between Europe and Japan. I studied with passion. I picked up long-forgotten projects and finally started shaping each of them into something real and alive.

And, as I believe any true spiritual facilitator or energetic mentor should do, I continue to walk my own path too—supported by a trusted (and dear) guide who helps me keep my channel of light clear and grounded.

Because balance isn’t some final peak you reach once and for all—it’s an ongoing dance between light and shadow, mind and heart.
